What if a resident doesn’t have access to a computer?

You can create a permit for the resident under your account by entering their contact information, including the name, phone number, email address, and burn location. This information will display in the permit manager, and is accessible in your “client account.”

Please be aware the individual will not be able to activate his/her permit for burning without a computer, but if they call into the station you can.

Is there a way to limit the hours during the day a person can activate a burn?

There is currently no mechanism to prevent burn activation during certain hours.
